LEARN TO LIFT
Do you have a gym membership but feel like you are not getting the most out of it because you don’t know what to do with half of the equipment? Would you like to venture away from the machines but are too scared to set foot in the free weights section?
Then these workshops are for you! Learn to lift will equip you with the knowledge and confidence to pick up the dumbbells, barbells and kettlebells and start your free weight journey (or even just learn some new barbell Olympic lifting skills).
Barbells, dumbbells and kettlebells all offer a great way to tone up, build strength, improve balance, co-ordination and mobility and add variety to your gym routine.
These workshops can be booked as one-off 1-1 sessions and will be tailored to your needs and interests.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged at the full session price, however, if bookings are rescheduled 24 hours in advance no cost will be incurred.
