NUTRITION COACHING

So, what exactly is nutrition coaching and how can it help me I hear you ask? Good question. Well nutrition coaching mixes the science of nutrition with the psychology of behaviour change to help you transform your mindset, body and health. It helps you recognise your sticking points and work on solutions to overcome them. Nutrition coaching is about helping you feel happy and confident in your own skin.

We use a structured approach to empower you to see your own potential for change, allowing you to reach your goals and get life-changing results. Nutrition coaching is not just about what you put in your mouth, we will also delve into other aspects of your lifestyle to examine why you may eat in a particular way, struggle with energy or find it difficult to lose weight. Sometimes behaviour changes in other aspects of your life can have a big impact on how you feel and function. Consistency is key and change is incremental and can often be slow, new behaviours take practice, but once you get the hang of them they can last a lifetime. And because support and accountability are a vital part of helping you stay on-track we will be there by your side every step of the way.

You don’t change ingrained behaviours overnight, as you will know if you have spent years trying lots of different diets and meal plans, because when it comes to nutrition there is no such thing as a quick fix!

1-1 nutrition coaching

This option will be delivered via a mixture of regular face to face meetings (either in person or via video conferencing) and check-ins throughout the week or bi-weekly. We will be available to answer questions and offer support when needed. You will also receive a free personalised macro-based eating plan (this is not a meal plan) which will be updated on a regular basis to help you reach your goals.
