Want to increase your energy levels and feel fitter, stronger and healthier but lack motivation to do exercise? Or are you someone who already does some exercise but you want to start challenging yourself more and develop your strength and power?
If you have never tried personal training and just thought it was for athletes then think again. All kinds of people, at all different ages (our clients range from 12-75 years of age) and levels of fitness, use personal training because it keeps them motivated, focused and gets results.
At Flexion Health & Fitness we are committed to helping you transform the way you move, eat and feel about yourself. We want to empower you to develop sustainable healthy habits, build your confidence and reach your goals. Our individually tailored personal one to one training sessions, at our private gym in Norton, Stockton-On-Tees (just off the High Street), allow you to develop your fitness under expert guidance from a qualified female trainer.
At the initial free consultation we will identify your goals and assess your current health and fitness levels. It’s a great chance for us to get to know each other and for you to decide if I am the right person to help you on your fitness journey. Personal training is a team sport, your success is my success!
We will then develop a training plan which will allow you to get the most out of your workouts and the results you want. We will change up the programme on a regular basis to keep it fun, focused and exciting, using fitness and physical assessments to monitor progress.
If weight loss is your main goal then addressing what you eat is vital, so we will equip you with a personalised macro based eating guide (this is not a meal plan!). If you want to take things a little further then we also offer nutrition coaching to help keep you on track (see nutrition coaching section for details and prices).
Should you need a bit of added motivation then we have a buddy up option so you can work out with a friend, partner, father/son or mother/daughter.
We offer both face to face and online personal training options.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged at the full session price, however, if bookings are rescheduled 24 hours in advance no cost will be incurred. No refunds are available on block bookings, but the sessions can be put on hold for up to 2 months subject to space availability.
