This 90 minute 1-1 tutorial will show you how to use the TRX to work your whole body and progress the basic moves to something more challenging.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged at the full session price, however, if bookings are rescheduled 24 hours in advance no cost will be incurred.
