Karen knows her stuff, walks the walk and is both knowledgeable and approachable. The online virtual workshop was a brilliant taster into the fundamentals of great nutrition as well as more complex, yet accessible information to help you make more informed choices. It was the kick start I needed and I’ve signed up to the 12 month course as I feel I am at the start of a journey back to fitness, health and well-being, guided by an excellent coach who will keep me on track and focused on my goals.
